All guests will be met on arrival at the airport by our representatives & We page the guests by their names on Shades of Maldives name boards.
Punctuality is highly respected when meeting guests at any place any time of the day. Our representatives are in possession of Airport Identity Card approved by the government of Maldives which grants the permission to enter into the airport and if any of your guests seek any assistance inside the airport, our representatives will always offer assistance. They can enter up to the immigration area.
We will take care of formalities and following up when there's a miss handled luggage.
All guests will be welcomed on arrival with a welcome bag inclusive of mineral water bottles, perfumed tissues, welcome letter with emergency numbers, snack & welcome gift.
Our representatives will always accompany the guests to respective jetty where the boats from reserved resort are found or if it is a seaplane transfer, will assist in check-in & then will accompany up to the vehicle which will take the guests up to seaplane takeoff point.
Once the rooms are reserved with a firm booking request, all arrangements will be perfectly communicated to the respective resort & if any special requirement advised, that will too be informed well in advance in order to avoid confusions at last minute.
During the stay we will contact the guest & verify whether they are satisfied with arrangements and will provide details with regard to departure.
Guests can 24hrs contact us if any need arise & we will be more than happy to serve them in such situation.
All guests will be met on departure at the airport by our representatives & will provide assistance by accompanying them up to check-in counters. As part of our quality improvement process, our 24-hour airport staff is now attired in uniforms which assures easy identification in a crowded Arrivals lounge. We have also invested heavily in a state-of-the-art software system which completely automates booking and invoicing processes, and enhancing our response capability substantially.
